Due to the short lead time, it was not possible to send physical fabric or leather samples.
To solve this professionally, we:
- Took high-quality photos under natural light to show real color tones
- Clearly presented fabric grains, leather textures, and metal / aluminum finishes
- Confirmed key dimensions for each product
- Explained different mechanisms, castors, and functional options in detail
- Even discussed small but important details, such as spare part bags



Every detail—big or small—was confirmed clearly to avoid any misunderstanding before production.
Clear Warranty Commitment and Production Schedule
For this project, we provided clear and confident warranty terms:
- 2 years warranty for lounge chairs
- 3 years warranty for office leisure chairs
- 5 years warranty for office chairs
The agreed production lead time was 35 days, which met the customer’s project schedule expectations.
Production Follow-Up: Quality Is Kept on the Factory Floor
For us, keeping quality promises happens during production, not after delivery.
During this project:
- Production follow-up was a top priority
- We tracked materials according to schedule
- We inspected the first finished piece carefully before mass production
- We checked finishes, configurations, and special customer requirements
- We worked as an inspector on the customer’s side, not just a supplier
Throughout production, we kept the customer updated with progress, sharing photos and status reports of finished goods.






Packing, Loading, and Shipment Tracking
After production:
- Packing methods were confirmed and monitored
- Container loading was tracked and documented
- All shipping details were shared with the customer
Currently, the cargos are on the way by sea shipment.
